Your first session involves discussing your concerns, assessing your symptoms and understanding your needs. Together, we will develop a formulation of your difficulties, set meaningful goals and identify how therapy can best support you.
-
We'll work together to understand the issues you're experiencing, set goals and develop practical tools and strategies to support your wellbeing. Sessions are tailored to you and your progress.
-
The frequency and duration of therapy will look different for everyone. We’ll work together to find a schedule that feels right for you, your needs and your goals. There’s no set timeframe for therapy, and we’ll regularly check in on your progress and adjust our approach as needed, taking things one step at a time.

I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Fees vary depending on the appointment type and funding arrangement. Discounted fees may also be available for eligible clients. Please check the pricing page for more information.

There are a few different funding options that may be available, including private health insurance, Medicare rebates with a Mental Health Care Plan, motor vehicle accident and workers’ compensation claims, and NDIS self-managed funding. What you’re eligible for will depend on your individual circumstances. If you’re unsure what might apply to you, please feel welcome to get in touch; I’m happy to help you explore your options.
-
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Support may help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, ADHD, autism or neurodiversity, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, self-esteem or changes in life. Whatever brings you here, we can work together to find an approach that feels right for you.

Confidentiality is an important part of therapy, and building trust is essential to creating a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing. What we discuss in sessions remains private, with a few exceptions required by law or professional obligations.
-
I believe therapy should be as individual as you are. My aim is to create a non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood and comfortable being yourself. A space to explore your experiences, recognise your strengths and find new ways forward that feel right for you.
